When it comes to giving money away, Solomon clearly advised, “One gives freely, yet grows all the richer; another withholds what he should give, and only suffers want,” (Proverbs 11:25, ESV). God has given us life, new life in Christ, and everything we have. He also graciously gives us the gift of giving, so that money will not become an idol and a god in our hearts.

Moreover, at Granite Hills Baptist Church, we aim to be good stewards of every penny God entrusts to us. As His kingdom outpost in north Reno, we strive to use the financial resources He entrusts us with to try to keep up with what God is up to in the lives of those who live in our community.   Please come alongside us and give cheerfully and generously.

May God richly bless you with knowing you are using earthly treasure for heavenly purposes.

Frequently Asked Questions:

1. Why must I put in my address, phone number and the CVV?

It was asked why you must input an address, phone number & the 3-digit CVV number on the back to continue the transaction process. The reason is since you are hand-keying the number instead of it being “swiped” at a point-of-sale terminal, there needs to be extra information provided to verify/authorize the transaction with the bank. When you “swipe” your credit/debit card at a terminal the banking information (Name, address, phone, zip code, CVV) are all transmitted automatically. Therefore only a PIN or zip code verification are required at a terminal.

2. What am I supposed to do with the email I received?

After you click “Place Your Order” you should receive an email.  The emailed receipt is for your records. There is nothing further required.

If you have further questions on that, please don’t hesitate to ask.
